1. About Us
Amenos Metrics provides data analytics, workflow automation, AI tools, and design services for hospitality businesses (restaurants, hotels, cafés, and related HORECA operators).

2. Eligibility
The Site is intended for business users aged 18 or older. By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected system or database, including the Power Automate flow or any backend infrastructure behind the chat widget;
Scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated means (bots, spiders) to extract data from the Site without our prior written consent;
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, probe, or extract the underlying prompts, logic, model configuration, or training data of the AI chat widget;
Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Site's normal operation;
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
Submit false, misleading, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content through the contact forms or chat widget;
Use the chat widget to submit sensitive personal data (see Section 5) or to attempt to obtain advice you intend to rely on as legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Site at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms.
4. The AI Chat Widget
The chat widget displayed on the Site (bottom-right corner) is an automated feature that:
Sends the text of your messages to a Microsoft Power Automate flow, which in turn uses an AI language model (Azure OpenAI Service / ChatGPT-family model) to generate a response, which is then returned and displayed to you;
Is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind regarding accuracy, completeness, or availability;
May generate responses that are inaccurate, incomplete, generic, or out of date. AI-generated responses do not constitute professional, financial, legal, technical, or contractual advice and should not be relied upon as such;
Is not a substitute for a signed proposal, statement of work, or contract with Amenos Metrics. No commitment, quote, discount, or contractual obligation is created solely by anything the chat widget says;
May be temporarily or permanently unavailable due to maintenance, third-party outages (Microsoft/Azure), or changes to our tooling;
May have transcripts reviewed by our team for quality assurance and to follow up on your enquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for what you submit to the chat widget and agree not to enter passwords, payment details, government ID numbers, health data, or other sensitive personal data into it.
5. Sensitive Data Submission
Do not submit special category / sensitive personal data (e.g., health information, financial account numbers, government identity numbers, passwords, or data relating to children) through any form or the chat widget on this Site. We are not responsible for any loss or misuse arising from your submission of such data in violation of this section.
6. Local Storage / Client-Side Preferences
The Site stores a small piece of non-personal preference data (your light/dark display theme selection) directly in your browser using local storage, so the Site can remember your display preference on return visits. This data is not personal information, is not transmitted to our servers, and can be cleared at any time via your browser settings. See our Privacy Policy, Section 2.2, for details.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, the Amenos Metrics name and branding, images, videos, code snippets/examples displayed on the Site (e.g., illustrative automation code samples), UI design, and the overall "look and feel" — is the property of Amenos Metrics or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Site without our prior written consent, except for normal personal, non-commercial browsing of the Site.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us (via forms, chat, or otherwise) may be used by us without restriction or obligation to compensate you.
8. Services and Engagements
Descriptions of our services (data analytics, workflow automation, AI agent development, hospitality AI bots, design, etc.) on the Site are for informational and marketing purposes only and do not constitute an offer capable of acceptance. Any actual engagement for services is governed by a separate signed proposal, statement of work, or service agreement, which will take precedence over these Terms for that engagement. Case studies, testimonials, comparison claims, and timelines (e.g., "1–2 weeks" implementation) shown on the Site are illustrative and do not guarantee specific results, timelines, or outcomes for your business.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site relies on and may link to third-party services, including:
Framer (website hosting and delivery platform);
Microsoft Power Automate / Azure OpenAI Service (chat widget backend);
External links to other websites, tools, or platforms referenced on the Site.
We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of these third parties. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
10. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, TOOLS, AND FEATURES (INCLUDING THE CHAT WIDGET) ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED/ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE CHAT WIDGET'S AI-GENERATED RESPONSES WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSES.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Amenos Metrics and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site or the chat widget, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed 50% of the amount you paid us (if any) for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g., liability for fraud or willful misconduct).
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amenos Metrics and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or chat widget, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information — including data sent to Microsoft's Power Automate/Azure OpenAI Service through the chat widget, and how local storage is used for your theme preference. Please review it carefully.
14. Changes to the Site and These Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site (including the chat widget) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms periodically; the updated version will be posted here with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules in your jurisdiction, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.
If you are accessing the Site from outside India, you are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable in your jurisdiction, to the extent those laws apply.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed service agreement/proposal applicable to a specific engagement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Amenos Metrics regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior agreements.
